Sarah Kazansky is character in the feature film, Top Gun: Maverick. She is ADM Tom "Iceman" Kazansky's wife.

Top Gun: Maverick[]
Sarah takes care of Iceman as he suffers from a medical illness. She seems relieved and happy to see CAPT Pete "Maverick" Mitchell when he comes to the house. She informs him that Iceman has trouble speaking.
Sarah is later present at Iceman's funeral. Standing next to her family and Maverick, she receives folded flag from VADM Beau "Cyclone" Simpson.
