The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk is a subsonic attack aircraft developed for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps during the 1950s. It has also been exported to Argentina, Brazil, Israel, Kuwait, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and continues to operate under private owned corporations such as Top Aces, Collings Foundation, Draken international and BAE Systems.
The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk is the aircraft used by TOPGUN instructors Jester and Viper who both simulate as MiG's/enemy aircraft.
